COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Trained case managers that helps clients to reach their short-term to long term goals such as, housing, ID card/ drivers licence, employment assistance, education, and other goals that lead to self sufficiency.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SERVICES
Seasoned domestic violence advocates who were once victims, now provide clients with guidance and support. The program offers case management, healing circles and other supportive services.
TRAUMA RESPONSE SERVICES
Specialized culturally responsive trained trauma team that deploys to onsite locations that are experiencing situations such as civil unrest, community shootings, issues of police brutality and other situations. Staff are equipped with wholistic tools to help heal trauma

Credible messengers with lived experience who support the commun-ities we serve. who provide resources that empowers individuals facing trauma and other related crisis.

GUN VIOLENCE REDUCTION
Evidenced based time tested strategies customized for individual communities. Staff is trained and certifed in the evidence-based Cure Violence Model & CCD's Human Justice Model.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
Our dedicated staff helps youth and young adults reach their full potential by providing customized academic supportive services. We empower students with educational and career exploration goals.

We work with all participants from all backgrounds, which includes juvenile justice, special needs, gaps in educational history, and truancy issues. Youth who are in any of our programs are eligible for this service. We assist with elementary, high school, trade school, and college
