MEET CONNIE RHODES
FOUNDER
For over 22 years, Executive Director and Founder Constance Rhodes worked to help bridge the gap between hopelessness and success for both adults and youth. For 16 of those years she served at BUILD Inc., a premier provider of youth leadership development services. In this position she trained youth work practitioners, directors, law enforcement and government officials as well as youth. Likewise, from 2000 to 2014, Constance managed Brand BUILD workforce development programs, geared towards teaching at-risk teens how to run their own business, while successfully encouraging them to pursue higher education (100% high school graduation and college enrollment rate among program participants for 10 consecutive years).
